Hard to believe it’s the 30th of January already! The month seemed to pass in the blink of an eye. But then, time always flies when your days are packed with projects, client calls, and creative brainstorming sessions.
It’s the last Friday of the month and seeing as January signifies new beginnings, we figured we’d take this opportunity to discuss what’s coming down the turnpike for the few weeks of 2026, as well as best practices to optimise your chances of getting selected for roles. Our previous post reflected on last year’s success, so it only feels right to turn our attention to the future this time around.
2025 will certainly be a tough act to follow (pun intended), but we laid solid foundations by establishing fruitful relationships with a range of new clients and freshly signed-on talent. We also further nurtured our dynamics with our existing partners, allowing our collaborations to reach new heights. 30 days into 2026 and we’re already seeing a positive knock-on effect from last year, with several clients and talent getting in touch, eager to collaborate again. We couldn’t be more humbled. So, thank you!
As we move into the second month of 2026, we’re hugely optimistic for what’s certain to be an even busier year. January has already demonstrated more than 200% growth on last year. To give you a taste for the kinds of project requests we’ve been receiving this month, we’ve cast campaigns for well-known Irish food and beverage companies as well as health and wellness brands. We’ve reached the final stages of casting multi-national talent for an upcoming indie horror film, set to begin principal photography in the US in late April. We have continued to champion and cheer for our on-stage actors as they performed six stellar shows this month alone. We also have Actors booked for upcoming live events, improv sessions, exam assessments, podcasts, and comedic social media content. Suffice to say, it’s been a diverse start to the year, and it’s only going to get more exciting!
As last year’s shoots finish up in the editing room, we’re gradually beginning to see them go out into the real world. Keep an eye on our social media to catch some of our talents’ incredible performances! Their dedication and professionalism never fails to impress.
We’ve received several project requests this week, including for television shows, short films, theatre plays, online promos, and more. So, keep an eye on your inbox, be careful to respond to Availability Checks before the deadline, and ensure your profile is as up-to-date as possible.
