The Production People provide the Crew while we recruit the Talent. We share a common goal: To connect the most qualified professionals in Ireland with creatively fulfilling projects across the film, television, theatre, and advertising industries.
Our Team is made up of seasoned industry pros, many of whom have collaborated with IFTA, BAFTA, Academy Award, and Emmy Award winning studios, artists, and production companies. Combined, we have accrued countless IMDb credits. Some of our staff also hold voting rights within organisations that award excellence in motion pictures, television, and advertising.

FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Our Executive Director, Deirdre Ryan, has over 25 years’ experience in Broadcasting, Media, and Executive Management. She leads our team, placing a strong focus on business objectives and client satisfaction. Thanks to her exemplary career, we have learnt how to build genuine and long-lasting connections with our Clients and Talent Pool.
Moreover, Deirdre is an experienced Broadcast Vision Mixer, playing an active, hands-on role in live entertainment, music productions, and events. It is this in-depth knowledge of the media industry, in conjunction with her recruitment and business skills, that pushes us go a step further to meet our Clients' needs. This is one of the many qualities that makes Casting Ireland unique in its service.

HEAD OF CASTING
Bianca hails from Mexico City. She slotted into our team so quickly it was as though she always belonged with us in Ireland. With vast experience in Celebrity and Talent Management, Bianca has worked with prolific Directors, Producers, and Casting Agents across the Americas. Back then, she sourced casting opportunities and brand deals for top-tier actors, performers, influencers, and television hosts across Mexico and the United States.
This experience, combined with her marketing, PR, digital platform, and corporate branding prowess - skills she refined through an MBA in Mexico and a Masters in Public Relations in TU Dublin - make her the ideal candidate to spearhead the strengthening of our online presence. She also leads our internal and external communications, as well as our outbound sales.
Bianca takes an idea and turns it into reality. With her drive and creativity, we have updated many of our internal processes, improving our talent management and customer service standards. With Bianca at the helm, things get done right.

CASTING ASSOCIATE
Our Casting Associate, Roisín McArdle, holds a degree in Communication Studies from DCU, strengthened by a postgrad in Global Business. If anyone knows how to build successful and valuable business relationships, it's her!
Roisín is always on the lookout for exciting and creatively fulfilling opportunities for our Actors and Models. She is a strong advocate for each and every individual in our Talent Pool. When casting a new project, she ensures our proposals reflect the diversity found in Ireland, as well as offer emerging talents a helping hand in kickstarting their careers.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Our Production Manager, Rachel Barrett, joined Casting Ireland as an intern in 2018. With a degree in Film and Television Production freshly under her belt, she was eager to learn as much as possible about this industry. As Rachel’s internship drew to a close, we could not bear to let her go!
Rachel has grown with our company. She is now in charge of sourcing and placing qualified professionals in diverse job vacancies within various creative industries. At our sister company, The Production People, she has excelled in connecting the best people to the right projects in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
As if all her recruiting skills were not enough, Rachel is level-headed and wise. She's the person we look to when things don’t go as planned. She always has an original solution to any challenge we may be facing, inside or outside of the agency walls!

Dave is the newest member of our team and is already in his element working as our Production Planning and Talent Coordinator. Dave loves working with people, prides himself on making authentic connections, and understands that no two jobs are alike - much like the experts we source for them. His driving force is always to connect the right person to the right crew vacancy behind-the-scenes.
Having worked for many years in both the Dublin and Vancouver Visual Arts scenes, Dave draws from his wealth of knowledge and experience when tackling new projects or coming up against industry challenges.
With a background in English and Photography, he's a master of creative problem-solving, always thinking outside the box for actionable solutions. His previous experience as an Artist Liaison and Studio Manager means he understands the importance of efficient and proactive teamwork, alongside people skills, to deliver seamless results.
